As the Marketing Operations Coordinator, you will assist with the management of our e-mail marketing/SMS campaigns and coordinate with media partners on planning and trafficking of holistic ad campaigns in addition to supporting the overall marketing operations department as needed.

What you'll be doing:
• Assist with strategic development of Pistons and Motor City Cruise email and SMS campaigns including two weekly newsletters, Pistons Insider and Jr. Pistons
• Develop email and SMS campaigns utilizing Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Movable Ink, and Litmus
• Coordinate with internal CSR, brand marketing, retail, sales and partnership teams on campaigns
• Liaise with Pistons media partners to ensure creative materials are scheduled and tracked
• Work with creative services team to develop digital assets for web, print, out of home, in-arena
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize for engagement and conversion
• Update internal status reports as needed including weekly marketing memo
• Assist with monthly media planning and tracking media invoices
• Track and execute Pistons media trade activations
• Manage digital touchscreens at Little Caesars Arena to ensure all information is up to date
• Support Director, Marketing Operations with additional department tasks related to web, mobile app, paid social, and eSports/gaming as needed
What we're looking for:
• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university required
• Knowledge of email marketing platforms, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Eloqua, Marketo and Asana a plus
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
• Ability to work outside of standard business hours including nights and weekends
• Must demonstrate a high degree of motivation, time management and attention to detail
• Ability to present ideas in a clear and concise manner
• Tact and perseverance in a fast-paced environment
