Hulu's Content Partnerships team is seeking a Slate Management Senior Associate who will play a critical role in the coordination, management, and optimization of TWDC portfolio opportunities for Hulu. This role demands someone who can engage cross-functionally with internal stakeholders, coordinate and track various programming initiatives, and bring a strong strategic lens and dynamic interpersonal skills to drive opportunistic content planning strategies.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Support the optimization and management of TWDC portfolio integration opportunities for Hulu
• Track and evaluate content initiative pipeline with a meticulous attention to detail, including areas like cross-platform content sampling, priority TWDC live feeds and simulcasts (in partnership with Live team), management of a centralized hub to alert partners to sensitive issues, and more
• Solicit input from relevant Content Partnerships verticals to inform strategic initiatives (including Acquisitions, Strategy, and Business Operations)
• Contribute to strategic relationships with internal stakeholders and support the short- and long-term planning process
• Complete long term and ad-hoc projects to support the strategy of the Scheduling team and Hulu overall
• When needed, coordinate insights, analyses, and content plans from the Content Partnerships team into data-informed summaries and high-level presentations for executives and internal collaborators
• Represent Hulu Content Partnerships in meetings with a professional and enthusiastic demeanor
WHAT TO BRING
• Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of relevant work experience at either a major media company or in a related field
• Experience in and/or passion for TV content in both 'old' and 'new' media, and an understanding of how the industry is changing and why
• Analytical mindset, ability to understand how to apply data and insights to strategy to help drive results
• Effective communication skills to disseminate information to relevant stakeholders
• Exceptional attention to detail and process management
• Strong business judgement, and proven strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to thrive in an evolving and demanding environment, prioritizing and handling multiple projects concurrently
• Finely-honed sense of humor and willingness to participate in lively debates
NICE-TO-HAVES
• Hands-on experience and relationships in the entertainment industry, especially ones that brought you into contact with content strategy and/or partnership planning
• Experience in business management, project management or execution, and/or process optimization

The hiring range for this position in CA is $78,200.00 to $104,800.00 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
