Job Title: Synergy Coordinator
Location: Burbank, CA
Job Summary:
The Synergy Coordinator reports to the Manager of Synergy within Disney Entertainment Television's Integrated Planning & Synergy team. The role involves managing and supporting the execution of Synergy Campaigns across Disney Entertainment Television's media networks. The Synergy Coordinator works on asset management, project tracking, and supports cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns.
Responsibilities:
• Assist the Manager in supporting Synergy Amplification efforts across Disney Entertainment Television (DET) shows and properties.
• Organize and manage assets for internal teams and partners.
• Communicate project status and Synergy placement updates with partners.
• Prepare and populate creative briefs, contracts, and work orders as needed.
• Contribute to campaign strategy by ideating unique tactics for DET titles.
• Create and manage Synergy recap documents and presentations at the end of each campaign.
• Collect metrics from partners to support campaign success reporting.
• Maintain up-to-date cross-functional team documents, including deadline trackers, pitches, and decks.
• Act as a liaison for Synergy Amplification team needs related to print, digital, and broadcast placements.
• Collaborate on invoice processing and approval workflows.
• Support Synergy Integrations by securing content for in-room reels and managing asset routing.
• Take meeting notes and organize agendas for various team discussions.
• Handle ad hoc requests from Disney Entertainment Television partners.
• Assist in shoots, events, and activations as required.
Basic Qualifications:
• 1+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment or TV production.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to think creatively and solve problems.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Familiarity with project management tools like Smartsheet and Airtable.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, iWork, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience supporting 360 Marketing Campaigns.
• Enthusiasm for Disney Branded Television programming.
• Strong project management and communication skills.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
Salary:
$52,400 to $70,200 per year based on a 40-hour work week. Compensation depends on experience and location.
