Job Title: Executive Assistant
Job Summary:
Disney Entertainment Television seeks an Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to the Head of Comedy and Adult Animation for ABC Entertainment & Hulu Originals. This role requires excellent organizational skills, adaptability, and the ability to handle confidential information.
Responsibilities:
• Schedule meetings, answer phones, and make travel arrangements for the Head of Comedy and Adult Animation.
• Review the executive’s schedule to ensure proper preparation time for meetings and assist with prep tasks as needed.
• Read relevant materials to stay informed about the office's priorities and share critical information proactively.
• Collaborate effectively with other senior executives and their support teams.
• Adjust and reorganize schedules to accommodate unforeseen circumstances and resume normal operations quickly.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information in a publicly traded company.
• Stay updated on the status of incoming materials for shows.
Basic Qualifications:
• 2+ years of experience at a talent agency, production company, studio, or network.
• General understanding of the television development process and cycles.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage priorities in a high-stress environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative working style.
