Preferred Skills/Experience: Knowledge of and passion for entertainment and media, advanced administrative skills
Workplace Requirements: In office, currently located in Century City, transitioning to Burbank by the end of 2025
Education Requirements: Four-year college degree preferred or equivalent work experience required
Hard Skills Required: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe Acrobat, and creating charts and grids for data visualization

Description:
The Executive Assistant supports the EVP of Business Affairs with administrative responsibilities, communication, and project management. This role requires a detail-oriented, adaptable individual with strong time management and organizational skills, capable of handling sensitive information with discretion. Responsibilities include managing calendars, coordinating travel, preparing meeting materials, and tracking payment milestones with accounting. Candidates must excel in a high-pressure environment, interacting with senior executives and creative clients.
Responsibilities:
• Represent the EVP’s office, communicating with internal and external teams effectively.
• Prepare meeting materials, including compiling grids and relevant information for multiple projects.
• Manage phone calls, written correspondence, document execution, and flow of information.
• Organize calendars, meetings, conference calls, travel bookings, and expense reports.
• Track payment milestones with accounting to ensure timely payments.
Basic Qualifications:
• 2+ years of administrative assistant experience in a high-volume entertainment desk at a studio, network, production company, or talent agency.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat.
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to handle a high volume of tasks with little guidance and react quickly to changing priorities.
• Tech-savvy with adaptability to new tools and software.

Salary:
$64,300 to $86,200 annually, based on a 40-hour workweek. Bonus and long-term incentive units may be included, along with a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits.
