Job Summary:
The Multiplatform Programming Strategy and Content Planning team manages programming strategies for Disney Channel, Disney XD, Disney Jr., and Nat Geo Kids across digital and linear platforms. This associate role focuses on scheduling, optimizing, and maintaining video content while collaborating with internal and external partners to drive audience engagement.
Responsibilities:
• Create and update video assets and schedules across platforms, including TVE, VOD, and YouTube.
• Optimize YouTube channel titles and descriptions for SEO and real-time performance.
• Maintain video trackers for Disney Channel and Disney Jr. priority content.
• Collaborate with Marketing Teams to ensure a cohesive multiplatform strategy.
• Work with research teams to monitor content performance and optimize strategies.
• Audit and maintain content post-launch on various platforms.
• Partner with content production and strategy teams to identify opportunities and required assets.
• Edit video content, creating cutdowns and compilations for YouTube.
• Support the Disney Channels Programming department on presentations, cross-training, and ad hoc projects.
Required Education, Experience/Skills/Training:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in video content planning, programming, or scheduling.
