The Senior Manager of Finance provides leadership and finance support for a portfolio of operating areas (Domestic Touring/Arena/Licensing). The role leads a team that is responsible for all forecasting, planning and business analysis related to those operations as well as ad-hoc analysis for related deal and contract negotiations. Senior Manager also oversees all consolidation processes for DTG and will partner with key stakeholders across TWDC and DTG to deliver accurate financial and operational goals and results. This position is responsible for crafting and delivering presentations to Sr. Executives.
Responsibilities:
• Manages relationships with multiples operating leaders while providing day-to-day leadership to direct reports
• Leads, manages, coaches and develops a Senior Financial Analyst
• Leads all financial analysis, reporting, and financial forecasting for Domestic Touring/Arena/Licensing businesses. Thoroughly understands, drives/develops, and continuously monitors key value drivers via business partnership with operating teams to ensure financial/operational efficiencies.
• Provides deal analysis for contract negotiations.
• Provides project management and analyses for a variety of business development initiatives, including but not limited to greenlight of new titles, business valuation, scenario modeling, market analysis/research, etc.
• Manages production of five-year strategic plan/annual operating plan/quarterly forecasts for those areas. Coordinates with all levels of the organization via communication of timelines and deliverables. Executes review process and provide quality control. Prepares analyses and presentations to enhance understanding of key business variables.
• Leads all aspects of DTG's consolidation process. Provides thorough assessment of risks and opportunities related to overall DTG business.
• Interprets financial information to executive management while recommending further courses of action.
Basic Qualifications
• 7+ Years of progressive Finance / Accounting experience
• Proven capability in strategic problem framing, issue identification, and the development of practical business solutions
• Experience in building and leading collaborative teams
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
• Strong financial modeling skills (intermediate/advanced Excel capabilities)
• Appreciation and/or knowledge of theatre producing
Required Education
• Bachelor's degree in Finance / Accounting
Preferred Education
• MBA/CPA a plus

The hiring range for this position in NY is $141,450.00-$189,700.00 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
