DreamWorks TV - Production Coordinator
Location: 1000 Flower St, Glendale, California
Job Title: Production Coordinator (CG Team)
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate shipping of materials to partner studios, ensuring accurate labeling and filing.
• Manage day-to-day tracking of CG asset builds in production databases.
• Ensure adherence to workflows for seamless collaboration between DreamWorks CG Team and partner studios.
• Maintain daily output information for the CG department.
• Communicate deadlines effectively to artists and provide support to partner studios.
• Facilitate timely delivery of production materials and address partner studio questions.
• Oversee quality control processes for CG assets, model packs, and reference materials before delivery.
• Perform daily check-ins with team members to track project progress.
• Identify and escalate potential issues to the Production Supervisor or Manager.
• Coordinate CG asset archiving and assist with ad hoc projects.
Qualifications:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in TV animation production, CG experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Maya, Microsoft Word, Excel, Gmail, and production tracking databases.
• Knowledge of Photoshop and/or Illustrator is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced production environment.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Workplace Details:
This hybrid position requires working from the office a minimum of three days per week.
