We are seeking an organized and tech-savvy Office Assistant / IT Support to join our team and play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
IT Support:
- Provide technical support to employees for computer-related issues, including hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Manage and maintain printers, scanners, and other office equipment.
- Assist with configuring and troubleshooting email accounts, primarily using Gmail.
- Collaborate with external IT vendors when necessary for more complex issues.
Website Support:
- Assist in making updates to our company website as needed.
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus but not required.
Office Administration:
- Order office supplies and ensure the office is well-stocked.
- Maintain the kitchen area, ensuring it's clean and stocked with refreshments.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Assist with general administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in office administration or IT support is preferred.
- Strong computer skills with a good understanding of hardware, software, and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with Gmail and basic email configuration.
- Basic understanding of website management (HTML/CSS skills are a plus).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
- Proactive problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and software.
