National Cash Contest Coordinator

This is a Part Time Job

Entercom Communications Corp. is looking for a temporary National Cash Contest Coordinator that will make a full contribution to the success of the Marketing/Promotions and Programming departments during each seasonal National Cash Contest. She/he will assist in the execution of the National Cash Contest from inception to completion and assist and coordinate in a timely manner general Marketing, Promotions and Programming department functions. You will regularly interact with our passionate listeners to create a positive station image.

Responsibilities:

• Select and contact hourly winners, capture and edit their audio, and distribute to stations at end of day
• Schedule and manage Promosuite, prize fulfillment paperwork and distribution
• Work with Business Department on 1099 reporting and securing winners W-9 forms
• Manage and write promotional recaps at the conclusion of each contest day and distribute to stations

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 or older
• Must have experience with audio editing software, such as Adobe Audition or ProTools
• Organized individual with the ability to multi-task in a fast paced work environment
• Excellent interpersonal skills
