Executive Assistant to the Executive Producer

Description:
The Executive Assistant will support the Executive Producer of Entertainment Tonight, handling essential administrative tasks in a high-energy, fast-paced production environment. Responsibilities include managing schedules, coordinating meetings, travel arrangements, expense tracking, and other office support tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage complex schedules and coordinate meetings with internal and external parties, anticipating potential conflicts.
• Maintain contact lists, email groups, and meeting agendas.
• Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements.
• Prepare, process, and track expense reports.
• Compose routine email correspondence to ensure timely communication.
• Provide support for other senior leaders as necessary.
• Set up and prepare meeting rooms for internal and external meetings.
• Circulate information and materials to relevant parties.
• Conduct research for potential projects and upcoming meetings.
• Assist the Executive Producer on-site with production needs and errands.
Qualifications:
• Working knowledge of production operations.
• Proficient in Google Docs, Outlook, and Zoom.
• Bachelor’s degree or film/television-related experience preferred.
