Associate Director II – Los Angeles, CA
ESPN is hiring an Associate Director II to collaborate with Directors on live sports productions, support operational needs, and contribute to content development for high-profile broadcasts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist Directors in live productions, managing timing, fonts, feeds, and communication with live shots.
• Coordinate pre-production elements such as billboards, promotions, teases, and virtual imagery.
• Participate in production meetings to develop visual content.
• Support PCR setup, including communication systems and monitoring.
• Contribute to special projects and collaborate with departments to meet production goals.
• Direct Ignite/ViBox productions and pre-recorded segments for digital and radio programming.
• Manage responsibilities for REMI productions, including traffic and coordination with game staff.
• Mentor Associate Directors and Stage Managers, providing written feedback on performance.
• Maintain performance standards in leadership, communication, operations, and production execution.
Qualifications:
• Basic Requirements:
