Executive Assistant II (ESPN)
Job Summary:

The Executive Assistant provides support to four business leaders, including the Executive Vice President of Sports News & Entertainment, Senior Vice President of Studio & Entertainment, and two Vice Presidents of Production. This role is based in Bristol, CT.
Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day administrative support to 4 high-level executives, including, but not limited to, the following:
• Support the EVP, SVP, and two VPs by driving execution of tasks, solving complex problems, and supporting all executive administrative needs.
• Manage all aspects of daily office operations.
• Serve as liaison with other executive admins, IT, and Facilities.
• Assist in all administrative functions, including maintaining calendars, scheduling appointments, booking travel, handling expenses, preparing presentations, organizing events and meetings, and managing relationships with key people internally and externally.
• Coordinate complex travel arrangements and manage expense reporting for two high-profile ESPN on-air talents, ensuring seamless logistics and adherence to company policies.
• Handle all invoice processing for costs and liaise with Finance on any identified issues.
• Coordinate the administration, logistics, and workflow for the assigned executives; track and follow-up on key ''to-do'' items on behalf of the assigned executives.
• Maintain the highest standards of confidentiality and tact.
• Interact with a wide variety of high-level ESPN and external contacts on behalf of the executives.
Basic Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience as an executive assistant or other relevant administrative support experience.
• In-depth understanding of office management and daily operations.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex, high-volume travel arrangements for senior executives, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and last-minute changes.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• High level of discretion and confidentiality.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in the media, sports, or entertainment industries.
• Experience preparing deck presentations is a plus.
• Familiarity with SAP or other financial software.
• Experience working in a corporate environment with senior executives.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
