Spring Intern - Management and Production Company

This is a Part Time Unpaid Internship

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Remote Intern to assist a Talent Manager in tracking industry opportunities. This internship is ideal for individuals interested in talent management, casting, and entertainment business operations.

Responsibilities:
• Research and track casting opportunities, production schedules, and industry trends.
• Create and maintain GRID reports (tracking casting updates, production details, and key industry contacts).
• Update GRID reports weekly with the latest intel on projects in pre-production.
• Assist with data entry, organization, and file management.
• Monitor entertainment news and trade publications for relevant industry updates.
• Provide additional administrative support as needed.

Qualifications:
• Strong research and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel and other data management tools.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Interest in talent management, casting, or entertainment industry operations.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
