Virtual Production Producer
Location: Los Angeles, California

At Eyeline Studios, Scanline VFX's virtual production division, we aim to create a collaborative environment for innovation, working with top researchers, developers, and storytellers in virtual production. The Virtual Production Producer is responsible for managing project budgets, schedules, and day-to-day operations, ensuring timely, high-quality project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage bidding, resource allocation, and production for virtual production projects including content creation, shoots, and data acquisition
• Maintain production schedules and partner with stakeholders to meet project goals on time and within budget
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and industry partners
• Provide clear communication and updates on project status, milestones, and any scope changes
• Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring smooth collaboration across multidisciplinary teams
• Supervise and mentor production staff, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment
• Oversee work on virtual production stages and on-set as required

Qualifications:

• Experienced Producer with a background in Virtual Production or VFX, including complex CG or VFX show leadership
• Thorough understanding of live-action and CG-based VFX pipelines
• Excellent project management, resource allocation, and strategic planning skills
• Strong knowledge of production management tools (ShotGrid, JIRA, Google Suite, MS Office)
• Self-motivated, with problem-solving and decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment

Compensation:
The salary range for this position in Los Angeles, California is $105,000 to $175,000 per year, with final compensation depending on experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
