Job Summary:
Femme It Forward, a joint venture with Live Nation, is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the President & CEO. The role includes providing administrative, booking, and creative support for the company's music festivals, concerts, comedy shows, and other events. This is a full-time (40 hours/week), temp-to-hire position with an initial three-month period.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the President & CEO with administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
- Arrange travel, accommodations, and transportation for executives and talent.
- Track expenses and prepare detailed expense reports.
- Support event booking by drafting artist offers and coordinating with talent, agents, and managers.
- Maintain internal documentation, booking systems, and event schedules.
- Organize event show files and manage ticket buys and orders.
- Provide account management and on-site event activation support.
- Assist in creating marketing assets such as pitch decks, artist one-sheets, and newsletters.
- Help manage the social media editorial calendar and community engagement.
- Prepare meeting agendas and distribute notes.
- Handle other special projects as assigned by management.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of administrative assistant experience, preferably in the music industry or live events.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Familiarity with booking systems like ROME, Box, and Ticketmaster.
- Superior organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Preferred Qualifications:
