About the Internship
This internship is remote and flexible, making it a great opportunity for students, recent graduates, or early-career professionals looking to expand their portfolio. Interns will work closely with our senior staff on developing promotional video content for our festivals, including trailers, highlight reels, and social media content.
Responsibilities
• Assist in editing and producing promotional video content for upcoming film festivals.
• Work with our team to create engaging trailers, teasers, and social media clips.
• Collaborate on video concepts and promotional strategies.
• Help curate and organize footage from festival screenings and past events.
• Support marketing and communications efforts through video storytelling.
Ideal Candidate
• Background in film production, video editing, or media content creation.
• Experience with editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Strong storytelling skills and ability to create engaging promotional content.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Passion for independent film and film festivals.

Film Festival at Hollywood Park is produced by a 501(c)(3) media arts nonprofit organization with a mission of promoting diversity in cinema. We showcase movies in Los Angeles by filmmakers from demographic groups underrepresented by Hollywood (studios), notably women, people of color and member of the LGBTQ+ communities as well the economically disenfranchised, the unhoused, persons with disabilities, the recently incarcerated and so on.
