FOX Experience & Design (FED) is the internal brand engagement and experiential group providing strategic ideas, planning, and production in events, design, and technology to all divisions of FOX Corporation, including FOX Entertainment, TUBI Media Group, FOX Sports, Ad Sales, News, Distribution, and FOX Corporate.

The Manager, Events is an experienced event producer, strategic thinker, and team player. The Manager, Events must be able to effectively communicate with all levels of company leadership, as well as collaborate effectively with our internal event teams, vendors, and other partners. The Manager, Events is someone who looks beyond production, operations, and logistics to provide elevated and meaningful engagements that create and maintain strong connections between clients and internal stakeholders in the FOX family of brands.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead successful, on-budget, small, and mid-scale events including but not limited to executive engagement, corporate meetings, retreats, and special projects
• Lead strategic and creative event ideation
• Lead stakeholder conversation, presenting strategic plans that focus on overall business goals that deliver an ROI
• Support larger events by leading and managing aspects of the event in support of the larger event goals
• Manage all event operations and logistics including space planning, attendee journey, F&B, security, fabrication and build, event registration, large-scale and complex vehicle movements, and all other corresponding event needs
• Manage internal and freelance staff on multiple events, across multiple business units simultaneously
• Forecast and manage event budgets
• Negotiate contracts and vendor agreements by cross-collaborating with FOX legal and other necessary teams
• Understand changing corporate initiatives and be able to translate them into events
• Establish event metrics/KPIs with stakeholders to confirm goals and measure success

WHAT YOU WILL NEED
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in corporate events
• Ability to lead, prioritize, and multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented, and ever-changing environment while projecting grace under pressure
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing, with all levels of executives as well as stakeholders from various business units
• Ability to effectively and efficiently delegate
• Ability to travel frequently within the U.S. and occasionally globally
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Google Workspace, and basic database applications, internet searches
• Bachelor's degree and

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is: $75,000.00-95,000.00 annually for New York City and Westchester County, NY. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
