Join the dynamic team behind "The Ingraham Angle," one of the leading primetime programs on Cable News. This exciting opportunity will expose you to every facet of news while working in a fast-paced environment. The Associate Producer will conduct research, pitch topics, and pre-interview and book prominent guests.
A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
• Pitch engaging stories and noteworthy guests
• Compile detailed research packets
• Perform pre-interviews with potential guests, gauging their suitability for the show
• Pitch and cut audio/visual elements for your segments
• Efficiently book guests during breaking news situations
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
• Bachelor's degree in journalism or a related field of study is preferred, or equivalent experience
• 1+ years' experience in news production on a national platform
• A passion for current events and the various discussions they provoke
• Strong editorial judgment and skills
• Prior familiarity with iNEWS, DALET, VIZ precut. Quick acquisition of these skills is critical for success.
• Strong teamwork capabilities and interpersonal skills are necessary to collaborate effectively with both team leaders and talent

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is: $61,000.00-70,000.00 annually for New York City and Westchester County, NY. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
