Editor/Producer (FOX Deportes)
FOX Deportes is looking for an Editor/Producer to join our team in Los Angeles, CA. The Editor/Producer will report into the Vice President, On-Air Promotions and is primarily responsible for editing high-end promotional spots and a variety of creative promotional assets for Marketing, Digital, Ad Sales, PR, corporate synergies, and various partners.
A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
• Ideate, write, and produce creative promotional assets
• Liaise with the necessary departments and partners in order to obtain the necessary project files, scripts, and information needed for each project
• Log, source, and request footage, book VO artists, and coordinate with Talent as needed
• Collaborate with other producers, in-house editors, graphic designers, and audio mixers as well as out-of-house production companies
• Edit and produce on-air promos, videos, and photo shoots
• Conduct casting calls
• Direct voice over artists and talent
• Manage production budgets and source/work with multiple vendors
• Assist with any additional production tasks necessary
• Attend multiple department meetings daily and communicate and collaborate with our On Air Production Creative and Operations teams
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously within a fast-paced hybrid environment, while meeting daily deadlines and quality control protocols
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
• 2+ years of experience as an Editor/Producer at a cable or broadcast network or creative agency
• Experience with ideation and conceptualization of 360 campaigns including promotional spots, in-house and out of house marketing including digital, ad sales, and other creative assets
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite including Premiere Pro, Media Encoder, After Effects and MS Office Suite
• Highly skilled in short and long-form video editing
• Extreme attention to detail and project-management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English
• Team-player with interpersonal ability to work with others and collaborate to achieve goals
• Positive can-do attitude, self-motivation, proactive nature, and collaborative team-spirit
• Strong work ethic and integrity
• Able to travel within the United States and internationally for production of special projects
NICE TO HAVE BUT NOT A DEALBREAKER
• Bachelor's degree in Television Production or related field
• Experience in On-Air Promotions
• Experience with Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, Davinci Resolve Parsec, Google IAS or other footage logging software

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is: $75,000.00-119,000.00 annually for California. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
