Senior Coordinating Producer - FOX Sports
Location: Los Angeles, CA
FOX Sports is seeking a Senior Coordinating Producer to oversee and manage the production of multiple daily studio shows on FS1. This role is key in ensuring the success of these shows, providing vision and direction, and fostering collaboration with other departments such as Sales, PR, Marketing, and Programming.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and grow multiple studio shows, driving ratings growth year over year.
• Build effective relationships with key support groups at FOX to ensure collaboration.
• Develop strong bonds with on-air talent to manage, foster growth, and solve problems.
• Provide development opportunities and feedback for the show's staff.
• Track budgets and ensure efficient resource allocation in collaboration with the SVP of production.
Qualifications:
• Required:
- 10+ years of experience in sports studio broadcasting production.
- Experience in a fast-paced production environment, overseeing daily shows.
- Strong communication, diplomatic, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in INews, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
• Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree.
Compensation:
The salary range for this role in California is $161,500.00 - $210,000.00 annually, with eligibility for annual discretionary bonuses and various benefits such as medical, dental, vision insurance, 401(k), and paid time off.
