Job Summary:
Frank Productions is seeking a full-time Marketing Assistant to support the marketing team with social media management, marketing projects, and event promotion. The role involves assisting in managing social media accounts, coordinating e-blasts, and maintaining websites, as well as handling marketing assets and supporting promotional efforts for events.
Responsibilities:
• Assist in managing social media accounts, including creating promotional content and organizing events
• Coordinate e-blasts and announcements, including building, editing, and scheduling content, and maintaining media lists
• Update and maintain assigned websites
• Assist with marketing-related accounts payable tasks, such as tracking receipts and managing invoices
• Coordinate marketing assets and support special projects, including research, planning, and execution
• Collaborate with the marketing department on advertising and promotional efforts for events
• Communicate professionally with the team, partners, and clients
• Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
• Experience or interest in social media marketing, event planning, or a related field
• Experience with graphic design, email marketing (e.g., Mailchimp), WordPress, and Ticketmaster is a plus
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
