Job Description:
The Field Operations Manager at Front Gate Tickets is responsible for coordinating onsite client event and festival operations, collaborating closely with internal departments and clients. The role involves equipment deployment, process management, and training on Front Gate Tickets products at events.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deploy FGT equipment and services at global event locations
• Establish timelines and equipment needs, coordinating with Client Operations Managers
• Manage onsite festival and box office technology setup and deployment
• Prepare packing lists and maintain inventory of festival assets
• Train and support teams on FGT products during events
• Assess equipment condition post-festival and coordinate any necessary repairs
• Collaborate with internal departments on client communication and scheduling
Technical Skills Required:
• Systems administration and networking
• Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Strong troubleshooting skills
Physical Requirements:
• Ability to lift equipment up to 25 pounds
• Pushing/pulling carts up to 100 pounds
