About the Position
The Warriors Community Foundation is looking for a Coordinator to develop fundraising strategies and processes. In this role, you will help ensure that Foundation funding initiatives are designed, implemented, and monitored to improve impact and visibility. You will collaborate with colleagues across our organization to identify appropriate fundraising and grant opportunities, as well as generating support internally. Additionally, you will assist in developing, coordinating, and growing our Foundation's fundraising efforts and ensuring they are relevant and meaningful for the community we serve. This role reports to the Senior Director, Philanthropy.

This is a full-time position based onsite in San Francisco, CA.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee and develop revenue-generating initiatives, such as online auctions and raffles, and partner-aligned events
• Support our 50/50 Raffle Program and staff, including gameday in-arena operations, financial paperwork and processing, and selection of and communication with beneficiaries
• Identify and apply for grant opportunities through external funding sources
• Articulate and promote the mission and values of the Foundation to increase awareness and visibility within the community, and identify potential partnerships
• Support Foundation special events including fundraisers, game night activations and other benefits
• Collaborate, influence, and establish rapport with partners in corporate, sports, entertainment, nonprofit, education, government and community environments
• Research and stay informed about public education and grant making issues in the Bay Area
• Interface as needed with Foundation Board of Directors
• Other duties as assigned
Required Experience & Skills
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• 1-3 years experience in a philanthropic or corporate social responsibility program
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to build positive working relationships with clients and peers at all levels within the organization and community
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail; able to effectively plan, organize and coordinate initiatives
• Excellent written and verbal communication, service and resolution skills; ability to design and deliver effective and compelling presentations on fundraising, grant making and community partnerships
• Comfortable with problem solving and working independently and within teams
• Ability to balance multiple projects in a demanding and fast-paced work environment
Time Commitment
• Ability to work extended hours, including evenings and weekends for Warriors home games and Foundation-aligned events
Compensation
• $26.00 - 28.00 per hour Bonus
