About the Position:
The Golden State Warriors are looking for upbeat individuals to provide in-game entertainment and create a positive fan experience at Chase Center. As a Dub Squad Member, you will lead crowd interaction and live promotions, greet fans, and give away prizes. This part-time position reports to the Manager, Game Presentation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform at home games and community events
• Create on-court entertainment, including skits, dances, stunts, and fan interaction
• Set up, operate, and break down all interactive fan engagement elements
• Hand out premium items, interact with fans, and communicate game day information
• Keep game props organized, in good condition, and stored appropriately after each game
• Represent the organization professionally
• Other duties as assigned
Required Experience & Skills:
• Gymnastics and/or dance experience (preferred)
• Creativity, energy, and spontaneity
• Ability to excite, motivate, and entertain a crowd
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• High energy, strong attention to detail, and superior work ethic
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Basic knowledge of NBA rules and basketball
Physical Demands:
• Pushing, pulling, carrying, and lifting up to 50 lbs
• Stair climbing and the ability to sit, turn, bend, and stand for long periods
Time Commitment:
• Committed to work a minimum of 24 home games (including nights, weekends, holidays)
• Ability to arrive 3 hours prior to game start and stay until the end of the game
Compensation:
$20.00 per hour
