Assistant for Rights and Licensing

Provide administrative support to the Director of Music and Archival Clearance and team for HBO/HBO Max.

Your Role Accountabilities
• Administrative duties for the Director of Music and Archival Clearance include scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars, taking meeting notes, attending weekly Production and Post-Production meetings, and assisting with other post-production paperwork as required
• Maintain our Airtable site that tracks job status and assignments.
• Assist with maintenance of rights databases, storage and uploading of licensing deliverables
• Work with legal to send and receive necessary paperwork
• Work with other assistants within post-production and legal departments
• Track and check licensing agreements and other show deliverables as needed
• Assist with reviewing and sending out music cue sheets as needed
• Assist with inputting rights info in departmental and company databases
• Perform other related duties and projects as assigned

Qualifications & Experience
• College degree preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Detail-oriented and must be able to multitask
• Flexible team player who is a self-starter, resourceful, and can problem solve
• Have knowledge of Microsoft Office, excel, and outlook

Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery's total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $42,209.00 - $78,389.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros.
