Hearst Luxury Collection is looking for a Senior Paid Media Buyer who will be responsible for media buying across self-serve paid social and search platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager, Pinterest Ads Manager, and Google Ads. Additionally, the candidate will be able to provide strategic guidance on pre-campaign planning, performance analysis, creative best practices, and process design. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, detail-oriented, possess a passion for creative, and is prepared to be a flexible team player.

What You'll Do:
• Execute commerce campaigns through paid social buying platforms, including setting up the ads, choosing creative, writing copy, and ad optimization
• Work with the Luxury Collection team and Hearst's Paid Social team to strategize on campaigns, and measure campaign KPIs against timelines, goals, and other relevant information
• Own social and search campaign performance from beginning to end including how they are pacing to deliver, adjusting as necessary, and providing insights to external teams when completed
• Analyze common paid social and search metrics such as ROAS, CPAs, CTRs, VTRs, VCRs and Engagement Rates to analyze what works and what doesn't
• Own special analysis projects like benchmarking and creative best practices
• Work with the manager of the team on designing process and identifying areas for improvement
• Ability to execute micro-targeted campaigns
• Leverage omnichannel perspective on how performance is impacted across ad strategies and platforms to deliver KPIs that support a continuous commerce strategy
Who You Are:
• 3-5 years of digital experience pertaining to paid social
• Strong project management skills
• Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A solid understanding of social and search platforms both established and emerging
• Experience with paid media buying tools such as Facebook Ads Manager, Pinterest Ads Manager, and Google Ad words
• Understanding of how dynamic ads work & familiarity with various platform algorithms
• Comfortable managing audiences that use sizable data sets for targeting parameters
• Demonstrated experience growing e-commerce businesses, with focus on strategies supporting conversion focused KPIs as well as media engagement KPIs
• A flexible, approachable attitude with creative problem-solving skills and collaborative approach to challenges
• Agency experience a plus
• Experience at a content company/publisher a plus
• Copywriting experience is a plus
