Hello Sunshine is hiring an Assistant to the President of Film & TV. We are looking for a two year commitment from someone with agency experience (ideally on a high volume desk). The ideal candidate for this job is someone positive, proactive, energetic, confident, detail-oriented and resilient. A growth mindset is essential - as is the desire to be a collaborative and meaningful contributor to our hard working, tight knit team. Candidate must be based in Los Angeles.
Requirements
• Organize and prioritize deadlines, follow through on tasks and keep your manager informed on your progress.
• Keep track of your manager's inbox by flagging timely emails and filing emails throughout the day.
• Manage rolling calls, take detailed notes, track and update the phone sheet, and relay all relevant call information to the appropriate executives on the team.
• Schedule meetings and support the coordination of project-based work.
• Compile meeting preparation for your manager in advance.
• Manage & track all incoming and outgoing submissions
• Track key production information for all projects in each stage - prep, production and post-production.
• Prepare nightly and weekend read emails.
• Familiarize yourself with the slate of projects including key auspices and partners.
• Access to a car is necessary as we are in the office three days a week, and additional driving outside of the regular commute is frequent
