Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Growth Marketer to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving HIFI Labs' brand growth, fostering meaningful relationships, and enhancing the success of our artists and projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in growth marketing, digital strategy, and data-driven decision-making. We envision someone who can elevate HIFI Labs to be the go-to hub for music lovers, artists, and labels, highlighting our forward-thinking projects and the value we bring to the music industry. Also, helping our artist clients be the most effective and successful in promoting themselves online, finding and engaging new fans and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Growth Strategy Development:
• Identify and capitalize on new growth opportunities, trends, and platforms to enhance HIFI Labs' and our artists' digital presence.
• Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention for HIFI Labs and the artists' we represent.
Social Media & Content Strategy:
• Craft and execute comprehensive social media strategies to boost brand visibility and engagement.
• Create, schedule, and manage content across various social media platforms, ensuring a consistent tone, voice, and message.
• Engage with our community, responding to inquiries, comments, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
Collaboration & Support:
• Collaborate with internal teams, including supporting Crystal with individual tasks.
• Document and recap artists' social media activations, providing detailed reports and insights.
• Conduct research on various artists and industry trends to inform and enhance our strategies.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree
• Proven experience in growth marketing, digital strategy, and audience engagement.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, content creation, and data-driven decision-making.
• A proactive self-starter with confidence and assertiveness.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
