From Once Upon a Time in Hollywood, No Time to Die and Barbie to Emily in Paris and The White Lotus, HILL VALLEY works on the biggest content at the heart of pop culture.
We are a global company based in Los Angeles, New York, and Paris.
Working with the Key Account department, your main responsibilities will be as follows:
• Handling the Product placement and Entertainment strategies of a portfolio of premium brands
• Main point of contact for the brands, including leading daily calls and meetings
• Contract and objectives monitoring
• Creation of marketing documents, presentations and monthly reports for each brand
• Proactive projects monitoring to identify product placement opportunities fitting the brand's brief and marketing positioning
• Research new upcoming films / TV series to work on
• Follow-up of the product placements from the filming to the release of the projects
• Logistics coordination, in partnership with the rest of the team
• Keep track of in-office product stock and organize deliveries
• Contact with the film crew
• Oversee promotion partnerships, including assets / imagery delivery for the brands communication
• Daily communication with the team, including participation in internal meetings
• Assist the team with various other tasks as needed
• Manage interns

• Bachelor's Degree or higher
• Good marketing knowledge and understanding of brand positioning, especially high-end and luxury brands
• Strong appetence for the cinema industry
• With a positive attitude, you are proactive and an excellent communicator
• High level of organization and attention to detail required
