This is a Full Time Job
This position will report to the Director of Strategic Partnerships and will act as a key contact to assigned corporate partners and will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing relationships between these partners and Astros internal departments.
Primary focus will be to create strategies and integrated platforms to secure and renew Houston Astros Corporate Partners. This role is responsible for delivering bold and innovative marketing concepts and strategies that achieve partner objectives and will evaluate effectiveness of plans regularly, and adjust as needed.
• Create, execute, and evaluate strategic brand programs and maximize activation opportunities
• Entertain and host corporate clients
• Work closely with Corporate Sales team to provide partners best in class programs
• Strong leadership and strategy development skills
• Marketing plan, promotion development, and execution expertise
• Ability to view and respond to creative executions ensuring it demonstrates effective marketing and promotional elements
• Ability to multi task, stay organized, strong written and verbal communication
• Proven relationship building and interpersonal skills
• Work well in a team and independently
• Demonstrate innovation and initiative is key
• Ability to thrive in a deadline driven environment
• Monitor activation programs and recommend adjustments as necessary
• Identify and problem solve challenges and consult with management to avoid them
