Job Description:
The Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing and executing the club's advertising and media mix strategy across multiple platforms. This role involves collaborating with various departments to share content that drives revenue and engagement, and working with broadcast rights holders for promotion and activation.
Job Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute strategic media plans for all promotions and events, ensuring cohesion across all media.
• Lead the execution of advertising and media plans, ensuring they meet organizational goals.
• Collaborate with analytics to segment fans and deliver targeted advertising campaigns.
• Evaluate and support marketing strategies for affiliated events and programs.
• Develop methods to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and oversee creative outputs to ensure alignment with brand identity.
• Manage social media strategy and oversee the social media team to enhance interaction and ROI.
• Provide regular reports on the effectiveness of advertising campaigns and develop fan profiles for targeted communications.
Additional Information:
This position requires the ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Some travel may be expected. This role operates in both office and stadium settings and may involve physical activities such as standing for long periods and lifting up to 25lbs.
