Experience: Entry Level (Fully Remote)
Summary: The Network Coordinator will collaborate closely with three department heads to ensure smooth operations/comms across network management, production logistics, post-production, client relations, and business affairs. Responsibilities include conducting extensive research, tracking data, engaging with social communities, and managing remote production operations once fully integrated. As our network rapidly expands, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and effective communication. If you are a creative ideator, problem solver, and thinker eager to grow in the podcasting industry, we want you on our team.
Roles/Responsibilities:
• Host/Talent Research
• Sales Target Research for Shows
• Guest Scheduling
• Social Media Mgmt for Network and Client Accounts
• Patreon Community Engagement/Mgmt for key accounts
• remote production ops (via riverside)
• Live Tour Market Research
• Network - Monthly Show and Marketing Analytics Reporting
• Cross Bookings Research for Key Programs
• Weekly Run of Show and program creative preparations, development, research
• Bonus Points: Experience in graphic design, post-production, audio engineering, and/or tell us you read this
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree and/or experience in podcasting, media, journalism, and/or marketing
• Passion for a career in podcasting and/or journalism
• Great communicator
• Comfortable Wearing Many Hats
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Strong Client Communication Skills
• Eager and able to solve challenges and tackle opportunities
• Identifies potential issues and hurdles and develops ways to get around them
• Adapt to quickly figure out a way to get things done
