We are seeking an Account Executive to join our Los Angeles team. Consumer or brand-related PR experience preferred. This is a full-time, in-person role in ID's Los Angeles office.
We invite dedicated individuals with a proven track record of success and expertise on high level campaigns at the intersection of entertainment, culture, philanthropy and corporate communications to apply. Due to the high volume of applicants, no phone calls please.
Key Responsibilities:
- Possess a strong understanding of the current consumer brand, entertainment, cultural and media landscape, including traditional media and evolving social media / digital platforms.
- Develop and implement comprehensive PR campaigns that align with clients' past, current, and future projects, consistent with their public image and goals.
- Pitch and deliver impactful results to clients and internal teams, while navigating timelines and balancing priorities.
- Plan, pitch, execute and staff press and consumer events.
- New business development and acquisition, including research and proposal preparation.
- Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients and press, regularly meeting with press and industry professionals to expand our network and foster relationships.
- Create detailed status reports and case studies to track client success and campaign effectiveness.
- Commit to continuous learning and improvement of leadership skills and manage and mentor assistants.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in public relations, communications, or a related field. Ideally, at least 3 years of relevant experience in public relations and/or related fields including research, advertising, management consulting, media, and/or publishing.
- Strong networking skills with the ability to build and maintain industry relationships.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional multitasking abilities and a keen eye for detail.
- Experience with crisis management and strategic campaign development is a plus.
- Ability to travel and provide on-site support for clients.
- Ability to work in-person in our Los Angeles office Monday-Thursday, working remotely on Fridays. ID reserves the right to require a five-day workweek in-office in future.

Salary/Benefits: Excellent benefits include comprehensive medical/vision and dental benefits; 401K plan and more. This role is offered at an annual salary of $72,500 with commission eligibility per ID's Commission Policy.
