ID, the leading independently owned public relations and strategic communications agency in the entertainment industry, is seeking an exceptional Assistant to join our Brands team in Los Angeles.
The Brands Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the department in achieving client objectives. The ideal candidate is motivated, detail oriented and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Assistants must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, maintain the highest level of confidentiality, keep pace with an extremely busy office and thrive in high-pressure settings with the ability to multi-task under breaking deadlines.

Specific responsibilities include:
• Administrative support including phones, communication on a variety of digital platforms, document preparation and organization, comprehensive meeting notes and processing of team expense and mileage reports
• Processing of client requests in a timely manner
• Creation and management of schedules and confirmations for meetings, meals, travel and client appearances
• Attending events in support of clients for experience and training
• Maintaining press kits (including digital press kits), media lists, client assets and in-office samples
• Coordinating mailings with team members
• Certain press outreach as assigned
Requirements:
• BA in Mass Communications, Public Relations or related field or relevant life experience.
• One year full-time work experience at a brand agency preferred.
• Ability to take direction and work independently and proactively, as well as in teams
• Strong ability to prioritize, problem solve and be resourceful
• Strong tech skills and facility with graphic design tools and software for document and presentation preparation
• Professional appearance and demeanor with a positive attitude
Salary/Benefits:

• This role is offered at $21.63/hour (non-exempt; annualized at $45,000) with an excellent opportunity for overtime.
