Intern - Talent Agency Bilingual
INTERNSHIP PROGRAM
Are you curious about what it's like to work at a Modeling and Talent agency? Does it peak your interest to experience a place where you can test your ideas in the marketplace and learn more than you can ever imagined? Interns will gain hands-on experience and be exposed to the fundamentals of the talent agency business. The knowledge you will gain from this internship program will get you prepared for the Paid Agent's Training Program if applicable.

If you can speak Mandarin, Vietnamese, Korean, Japanese or Hindi is a huge plus, we need your help in fostering more Asian Representation to be seen in the Media and Mainstream market. Your bilingual skills will help outreach to the different Asian Families and Communities.
We are a full service Asian Marketing, Modeling and Union Talent Agency with over 20 years of experience in the business. We represent all Asian Models, Actors and Talents with offices in Los Angeles and New York City. The agency is expanding with different divisions with immediate available positions on a temporary, short and full term basis. We are looking for individuals who are optimistic, driven, passionate and ambitious about managing, developing and advocating for more Asian Representation in Hollywood!
Candidates can expect to thrive in a team-oriented work environment where you may excel through hard work and determination. You will be exposed to a wide spectrum of talent agency business practices. You will be provided with hands-on training to help groom our Asian Talents so they can be prepared for Commercial, Print, TV and Film assignments.
Overall Job Responsibilities
• Assist with Video editing for Self Tape and Talent Reel Improvements
• Being a Reader to practice with our Clients via Zoom
• Updating talents profiles on various websites
• Assist with Updating Talent photos, resume and online profiles
• Assist with drafting audition and pitch emails to be seen on current projects
• Assist with anything else that the agency may need depending on your skill sets
Minimum Requirements are:
• Must be able to work 20 hours a week, most learning impact is a few hours each day
• 3 month commitment working remotely via Zoom unless stated otherwise.
• U.S. based candidates or OPT visa who complete the internship program can be evaluated for Agent's Program
• Knowledgeable with Adobe Photoshop, Video Editing, Photography or Marketing is a huge plus
• Bilingual in Vietnamese, Korean, Japanese, or Mandarin
• Credit will be provided for Internship hours
