We are seeking an experienced and talented Videographer to join our team for the 9th Annual Imagine This Women's Film Festival. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio, proven experience in event videography, and the ability to commit to the entire duration of the festival.
Key Responsibilities:
Capture high-quality video footage of various festival events, including screenings, panels, Q&A sessions, and networking mixers.
Document key moments that highlight the energy, creativity, and community of the festival.
Collaborate with the festival team to ensure coverage of all essential events and moments.
Edit and deliver short, compelling highlight reels and event recaps for promotional and archival purposes.
Ensure all video content aligns with the festival's mission and branding.
Qualifications:
A strong portfolio showcasing your videography work, particularly in event coverage.
Proven experience in shooting and editing video content, preferably within the film festival or events industry.
Ability to commit to the full four-day schedule as outlined.
Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro).
Excellent time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
Must have your own professional-grade video equipment and editing software.
Strong storytelling abilities and an eye for capturing impactful moments.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Required Availability:
Must be available to work the following schedule:
Thursday, September 19: 11:00 AM - 10:00 PM
Friday, September 20: 9:00 AM - 11:00 PM
Saturday, September 21: 12:00 PM - 7:00 PM
Sunday, September 22: 11:00 PM - 8:00 PM

Compensation:
This is a paid freelance/contract position. Compensation will be commensurate with experience and the scope of work.
