Executive Assistant

Opportunity: Incite Studios is seeking an experienced full-time Executive Assistant (EA) to oversee the desks of top C-level partners at our Burbank office. Duties include basic scheduling, rolling calls, organization, and coordination of logistics for a newly launched studio.

Requirements: Must be available immediately or within 2 weeks. Prior experience in an EA role at an agency, studio, production company, or major producer is required. Additional experience in development, project management, design, production, or post-production will be given extra consideration but is not required. Must provide references with direct working experience supervising the applicant.

Position will be Based in Burbank, CA (in-office)

Coverage: EA will cover the desk of CEO Jenner Furst, a two-time Peabody Award-winning, four-time Emmy-nominated executive producer and filmmaker; CSO Arnold Rifkin, a veteran Hollywood producer and the former president of William Morris Agency; and CRO Justin Lee, a former CJ exec and the founder of K-Con. Incite is in post-production on 2 premium documentaries, with several others in pre-production and development, as well as multiple feature scripts and live events at various stages of development and packaging.

Communication: Team members are currently in fluid communication on all company platforms, text, email, and phone-responding as soon as possible during working hours, with either answers or acknowledgment of receipt and a timeframe. This environment presents fluid and unique challenges as deadlines shift and projects evolve. Incite is seeking proactive communicators who can easily request clarity or support when needed. The EA will have direct daily contact and access to the C-Suite, all current business, creative, and production details. Professionalism, confidentiality, and mutual trust are essential.
