Role Description
This is a full-time role as an Executive Assistant to the Literary Manager/Partner at Industry Entertainment. As an Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Literary Manager/Partner, including scheduling meetings, rolling calls, managing calendars, arranging travel, and handling correspondence. You will also assist in preparing and editing documents, maintaining files, and conducting research. Candidates should be highly organized with extreme attention to detail, resourceful and able to multi-task. Perfect for someone with a strong interest in becoming a manger. Ideal candidate must work well in a fast-paced environment. This role is located in Los Angeles, CA and requires on-site work. Previous desk experience for high level or C-Suite executive a must.
Qualifications
-Strong attention to detail
-Experience with expense reports
-Ability to provide high-level executive support
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Proficient in administrative assistance tasks such as scheduling, organizing, and coordinating
-Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
-Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
-Knowledge of the entertainment industry is a must
-Bachelor's degree in related field is preferred
