Executive and Personal Assistant /Office Manager
Insignia Films is looking for an in office manager/executive assistant to begin on/around January 15. This role is fundamental to the company's day-to-day operations, and includes assisting on a wide spectrum of responsibilities. Candidates should be focused, driven, able to manage their own time with the ability to multitask. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
-Office management, ensuring that all office needs are met
-Assisting directors and producers with day-to-day administrative tasks
-Production support, including transcription, booking travel, meals and helping secure film locations
-Handling vendor relations, invoices and expense reports and coding monthly credit card reports
-Filing and reporting with guilds, including the DGA and WGA, for new projects and Pension & Health
-Hiring and managing interns
-Managing social media accounts
-Maintaining and editing the company website
-Personal assistant duties to the three executives of the company, including helping troubleshoot software or logistical issues, managing their schedules, and booking travel
This person will be the manager of the office and is expected to be on-site every day. The office is located at 277 Halsey Street Brooklyn, NY. In addition to the duties listed, other tasks may be assigned as needed. This is an entry-level position, but experience in the creative arts, specifically in administration, is preferred.
Salary/Benefits
$1,000.00 - 1,000.00 per week
