Job Overview:
Experienced and dynamic General Manager (GM) to oversee the day-to-day operations of our entertainment facility. The GM will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the facility, enhancing customer experiences, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership and Team Management:
• Lead, motivate, and manage a diverse team of department heads and staff.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Provide coaching, mentorship, and professional development opportunities for team members.
Operational Excellence:
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure the efficient functioning of the facility.
• Oversee inventory, procurement, and vendor relationships.
Customer Service and Experience:
• Continuously improve and innovate entertainment offerings to meet customer demands.
• Handle guest concerns and inquiries in a professional and effective manner.
Financial Management:
• Implement cost-effective strategies to optimize financial outcomes.
Marketing and Business Development:
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute marketing and promotional campaigns.
• Identify opportunities for business growth and expansion.
• Establish and maintain strategic partnerships within the entertainment industry.
Compliance and Safety:
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, licenses, and permits.
• Uphold health and safety standards for both employees and guests.
• Oversee emergency response and crisis management protocols.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field, or 5 Years related experience.
• Proven experience as a General Manager or in a senior leadership role within the entertainment or hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent financial acumen and budget management experience.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in computer applications and software relevant to operations management.
• A passion for the entertainment industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional experiences.
