Intern - Television Casting

This is a Part Time Unpaid Internship

Jennifer Cooper, CSA is an independent casting director with a wide range of credits. She currently casts the CBS television shows CSI:NY and HAWAII FIVE-O.

We are seeking an intelligent, able, eager-to-learn individual to help us in the daily operations of our office. As it is a small office, this is an opportunity to be highly involved during a busy season! Minimum 2-3 days a week.

Must receive college credit

An intern's responsibilities would include:

Answering phones / taking and relaying messages
Acting as a liason to agencies and unions
Assisting in scheduling audition sessions
Organizing submissions (headshots) for each project
Checking in actors for auditions

Interns will have the opportunity to sit in on auditions with producers and directors and observe professional actors.

The ideal intern will have basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Mac, etc.), a gift for problem-solving and excellent phone etiquette.
