Jesse Watters Primetime is seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Booker with a strong drive to succeed. This role requires someone who excels when working under the intense deadlines of a daily live broadcast and who possesses the talent to secure exclusive interviews. You have excellent people skills and understand the importance of building and maintaining relationships with potential guests and colleagues. You thrive in a collaborative team environment and want to play a pivotal role on FOX News Channel's number one primetime show.
A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
• Book guests under the intense deadline pressure of a daily live show
• Track down difficult-to-find people using various resources, including social media platforms, LexisNexus, Accurint, etc.
• Conduct in-depth research, pre-interviews, and write questions
• Pitch unique stories and guests
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
• Bachelor's degree in journalism or related field of study required, or equivalent experience
• 1-3 years of prior television (or similar) experience
• Strong understanding of news, politics and current events
• Knowledge of key influencers, thought leaders, and commentators
• Demonstrated ability in forging and upholding positive contacts with guests including public figures and newsmakers and the ability to maintain those relationships when bookings are canceled or rescheduled
• An extensive rolodex with contacts in politics and commentary
• readiness to work beyond traditional hours, acknowledging that news operates around the clock

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is: $75,000.00-95,000.00 annually for New York City and Westchester County, NY. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
