KEY Talent Management is currently looking for a Digital Talent Management & PR intern to join the team!
@KEYTalentManagement is a full-service talent management company based in Los Angeles and New York. We represent actors, reality stars, artists, content creators, and digital talents.
KEY's Digital division focuses on Influencer Management, connecting our Digital Talents with global brands. We provide support for our Influencers and creators to strategically grow their brands while partnering up and creating inspiring content for a diverse range of Clients.
How Do You Fit In?
As the Digital Talent Management & PR Assistant, you support the team of Talent Managers, and our roster of Talents, in campaign management, brand partnerships, and social media-related activities.
Internship Projects & Tasks may include (training provided)
Content Creation + Support with Graphic Design (using Canva)
Support building Talents Press Kits and Media Kit
Communications with Talents and Brands: primarily answering inquiries and handling PR and gifting requests.
Assisting with global campaigns and brand partnerships
Assisting with paid campaigns and managing gifting collaborations - incoming and outreach
Building relationships with key talents, international brands and PR agencies
Helping coordinate PR gifting and Events operations with our talents
Supporting with the management of the Agency platforms; producing social content, generating follower engagement and growth, managing the monthly social content calendar
Researching new social media platforms, learnings, and best practices
Supporting with monthly talent reports & assisting with meetings
Reaching out to creators and influencers on email and calls, and liaising between influencers and the team/brand clients
Market Research
Content Management and Talents Materials Organization in Google Drive
This position will be responsible for performing an array of administrative functions requiring initiative, planning and organization skills, and decision making as well as taking the lead in assisting in Social Media Partnerships & Marketing activities. This internship position will report and work directly with the company founder, and the company's team of Talent Managers.
Expected Responsibilities
Organization Skills: Strong Emailing Support, Organization and Daily administrative Tasks.
Responsible for handling incoming brand email requests - filtering digital campaign opportunities, and support in the planning/negotiation process.
Assisting in establishing talent pitch decks as directly working with our talents.
Market Research: Research Brands, find relevant contact emails for Marketing / PR & Influencer Campaigns.
Provide planning assistance on internal and external calls, meetings and appointments as necessary.
Support on Social Media initiatives - including content planning, design, copywriting and scheduling content.
Create Pitch Decks, Social Media Kits for the company talents, including actors, musicians and Social Media influencers.
External Emailing Reach Outs: pitching company talents to Brands, Castings and relevant contacts.
Build strong working relationships with relevant industry partners, including Casting Directors, Talent Managers, PR & Brand Marketing departments, etc.
Collaborating with team members to develop and implement new strategies.
Participate in other marketing & social media projects and provide support as needed.
Work closely with Founder and Talent Managers to see and implement new initiatives to improve the workflow of the company.
Align with the team to make sure all documents, pitche, and submissions are in alignment with the company standards, in quality and design.
Your Profile / Expected Skills
• Strong Communication Skills
• Strong Digital proficiency: Interest, passion and understanding of digital marketing, Influencers and social networks. Must be able to quickly use features on GMail / Google Drive / Presentation Skills ( Google Slides / CANVA / PowerPoint / Word / Excel etc)
• Structured Way of working: Planning and Organization Mindset: strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks with excellent attention to detail.
• Detailed-oriented, well-organized, excellent time management.
• Ability to communicate fluently and effectively in English in a professional environment.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new processes and software.
• Self-motivated and takes initiative
• Creative flare, experience in Video editing & Graphic Design is a plus
• Excellent coordination and people skills, including the ability to establish and maintain working relationships with management, members of the team, casting directors and brands.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Availability & Terms
• This is a Hybrid or Remote Position. Team working from PST hours.
Option to work from our office in LA, Sunset Plaza
