Digital Content Producer
Location: Las Vegas, NV

Primary Purpose:
The Digital Content Producer will create, edit, and manage video content for the Las Vegas Aces' social media platforms. This role involves capturing and editing video at events such as games, practices, and community engagements, while ensuring consistent brand visuals and increasing fan engagement across digital platforms.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
• Maintain the brand's visual look for all Aces social video programming.
• Capture video at Aces events, including games, practices, community events, and partner activations.
• Create, conceive, and execute content for social media platforms.
• Manage and catalog content in the Content Management System (CMS).
• Edit and deliver unique video pieces to drive engagement across platforms.
• Manage video content requests for various business needs.
• Collaborate with the Director of Social Media to define and uphold the Aces' brand vision.
• Work with the Social Media Strategist to meet monthly content calendar goals.
• Stay updated on content trends and implement best practices.
• Participate in league and departmental meetings to align content with business objectives.
• Manage livestream production for social media platforms.
• Maintain production equipment, including cameras, lighting, audio devices, and other gear.
Minimum Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of experience capturing and editing video for social and digital platforms.
• Strong background in video production with an understanding of social media strategy.
• Demonstrable videography and photography experience.
Certifications, Licenses, and Registrations:
• Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
• Valid Nevada driver's license.
