Spring 2025 Internship Program
Program Overview
• Duration: January 20th – May 23rd, 2025
• Schedule: Part-time, twice a week from 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Location: Hollywood office, Los Angeles, CA
• Compensation: Unpaid (academic credit available)
• Eligibility:
- Graduation date between June 2025 and June 2027
- Must complete a minimum of 290 hours during the internship
Goals and Objectives
• Learn effective entertainment industry communication.
• Gain hands-on, project-based experience with real-world applications.
• Network with agents and industry executives.
• Assist with talent representation, marketing strategies, and research.
• Develop skills in communication, marketing, and advertising concepts.
Internship Responsibilities
Responsibilities will vary by department but may include:
• Data entry
• Researching brands and campaigns for celebrity clients
• Participating in client calls
• Greeting clients and facilitating auditions for TV shows and commercials
• Media outreach and follow-ups via phone and email
• Talent profile creation and onboarding
• Office organization and administrative support
Internship Departments
Interns will primarily work in:
• Talent Development
• Audition Facilitation
Department availability may vary based on business needs.
