Summary

The Global Security team at Legendary is responsible for safeguarding our people, property, content, and technology systems. We protect the Legendary brand and reputation while supporting business objectives. As the Security Coordinator, you will assist with daily administrative and operational tasks to ensure the security of our personnel, systems, and content. The ideal candidate is passionate about security and eager to grow in this dynamic field.

Responsibilities
• Coordinate logistics for security projects, initiatives, and prepare status reports.
• Lead the management and implementation of the cybersecurity training program, ensuring alignment with business goals,
• Manage corporate identification and access badges.
• Assist in planning and coordinating security assignments for events, screenings, and other venues as required.
• Support vendor management by assessing vendor security postures based on Legendary and industry security standards.
• Compile and report on security breaches, including assessing the extent of damages.
• Research and stay up to the date on the latest trends in IT and content security.
• Assist departmental managers on security advancements to protect the company systems.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.

Requirements
• BA/BS Degree preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in global security, ideally within the entertainment industry
• Understanding of business security goals, environment, pain points, and
• operational strategies
• Proficient with computers, including Operating Systems, and Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies and adapt to evolving security challenges
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and track progress effectively
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and ability to work collaboratively with various teams across the organization
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and strategic thinking

The anticipated hourly range for this position is $24.04 - $26.45 This amount does not include any other compensation components or other benefits that an individual may be eligible for. Total rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, market demands and indicators, specific and unique skills or training, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The hiring hourly range (amount) for this position applies to New York City and California.
