Agency Assistant

This is a Full Time Job

Lemon Lime, a boutique on-camera talent agency, is seeking an entry level full time assistant. Our company is rapidly growing and there is definite room for growth. Must have an interest in working in entertainment, be social media savvy and a great multi-tasker in a fast paced environment.

The position will be working to support an existing team that is happy and works well together. Responsibilities include but are not limited to data entry, filing, organization, maintaining schedules, general office duties. Will be mostly-in office with 1-2 days per week work from home.

This is a great opportunity for someone to learn about the entertainment industry.

The ideal candidate will be a passionate, hardworking, quick learner, motivated, extremely organized individual who is able to pivot quickly when the situation requires, and understand and honor client confidentiality. Previous entertainment industry experience is preferred. Candidates must have great attention to detail and be forward thinking.

This is an entry level position with room for growth.
To be considered you must have or be:
1. At least 6 months full time employment (or internship) in the entertainment industry.
2. The ability to work in a fast pace environment without losing your focus.
3. Seeking a full time position and wanting to grow with the company.
