Business Development (BDR) Manager

As we continue our journey of expansion, we are seeking a passionate and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) Manager to lead our BDR team and drive our business growth to new heights.
Position Overview: The BDR Manager will be responsible for leading and mentoring our team of Business Development Representatives. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in sales development, a deep understanding of sales processes, and the ability to motivate and manage a team to achieve and exceed their targets. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader with excellent communication skills and a passion for driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Business Development Representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies and processes to drive lead generation and qualification.
• Monitor and analyze team performance metrics, providing regular feedback and coaching to ensure continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and initiatives that drive lead generation.
• Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of the BDR team.
• Identify and implement best practices for lead generation, qualification, and nurturing.
• Maintain a deep understanding of our products, services, and industry trends to effectively coach the team and communicate value propositions to potential clients.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and ensure a seamless transition of qualified leads.
• Utilize CRM software to track and report on team performance, pipeline status, and sales activity.
• Foster a positive and motivating team environment, promoting collaboration and professional development.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a sales development or business development role, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership position.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and developing a high-performing sales team.
• Strong understanding of sales processes, lead generation strategies, and CRM systems.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Proactive and results-oriented mindset with a passion for driving business growth.
• Experience in the video production or creative services industry is a plus.
