Lion Forge Entertainment (LFE) is searching for an exceptional individual to be its Executive Assistant for our Executive Leaders, based in our Los Angeles offices. The position reports to LFE's President and CCO and EVP of Production and Content Partnerships.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
Minimum 1 year experience on Senior Entertainment Executive desk this is not an entry level role.
· Provide administrative support to the President and CCO as well as EVP of Production and Content Partnerships- Los Angeles, which includes updating and maintaining their calendars and scheduling; taking notes in meetings and summarizing action items; preparing travel arrangements and itineraries; filing expenses reports via Ramp; preparing research materials for all upcoming meetings for the executive team.
· Pay special attention to detail when scheduling executive and creative meetings (both internal and external); provide context on the meeting goal and basic intel on all attendees.
· Interface with various departments across LFE to coordinate information sharing and ensure efficient communication between internal and external parties
· Participate in Staff Meetings and track status, progress, and updates (BA & Creative) for the full slate.
· Assist in preparing all necessary agendas, presentations, and other items as needed.
· Assist in compiling Writer/Director/Talent lists and updating the Writer/Talent database as needed.
· Assist in developing presentation decks in KeyNote, PowerPoint, Canva, etc.
· Performs other duties as required or assigned
Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
· Minimum 1 year experience on Senior Entertainment Executive desk
· Highly organized and detail oriented.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Resourceful in problem solving and prioritizing tasks lists and deadlines.
· Prior experience in multi-desk high-volume setting (agency, production co, other)
· Critical thinker that approaches problem-solving with a holistic understanding and approach.
· Macro understanding of LFE business objectives and prioritizes executive's work flow accordingly.
· Strong EQ and ability to 'read the room'
· Familiarity with production pipelines, processes, and documents
· Experience in Animation production a plus.
· Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
· Exceptional writing and proofreading skills.
· Interest in Children's & Family content a plus.
Education and/or Experience:
· Experience with production-specific software (e.g. MovieMagic, Scenechronize, Final Draft, AirTable, Dropbox, Asana, Frame.io, Pix, etc) is a plus.
· Basic understanding of the TV / Film industry and major players
